I began with self performed NCR (NeuroCranial Restructure) or Binasal Specific or Endo-nasal balloon therapy, where I take a finger cot(small balloon) and expand it inside my sinus cavity and in my throat. This unlocks the skull and begins to change the shape of your skull and face towards it’s natural design. It is great for reversing birth trauma or any other traumas to the skull. (car accident, bad falls, etc)
If you want to learn how to do this, this site may be a good place to start. I learned the technique from the owner of the site. http://breakthematrix.org/therapy/endonasal
I am making incremental improvements to the shape of my head since starting this therapy in January. I had asymmetrical skull shape because of birth trauma from the use of forceps and being premature. I used to have a flat top of the head and it is now becoming more rounded, the asymmetry is balancing out. The uneven forehead is getting more balanced. My eyes seem more even and balanced. My face is wider. However I still see many areas I can improve and I plan to continue with endo-nasal balloon.
Concurrently, I started face pulling 3.5 months ago. I am seeing more dramatic, obvious results with this treatment. My cheekbones especially has come out, so when I put my hands on the side of the face I can now feel the cheekbones that have come out versus before the side of my face was flat. Also from profile/side view before and after pictures it is clear that my face has grown forward since starting this treatment.
As my cheekbones come forward, I can begin to see myself approaching towards Japanese Anime Character face structure. Like Vegeta from Dragon Ball Z or something.
Maybe more like this guy from Final Fantasy.
Anyways, I finally get my palate expanders as well in 3 weeks, and I will be working towards wider, broader smile. and to regain the spaces for the 4 bicuspid that was extracted from prior orthodontic treatment.
We were meant to have all 32 teeth. Even 10 mm of space behind the wisdom teeth according to Dr. Mew.
Orthodontists who extract teeth do not understand facial aesthetics. Extracting teeth and then closing the gaps by tightening the palate is going in the WRONG direction.
The problem is not crooked teeth, the causal point of the issue is narrow palates. So the palate has to be expanded so it can accommodate all the teeth.
NCR, Palate Expansion, and Face Pulling are all expanding the head gradually, and it is interesting how that begins to give you greater facial aesthetics and symmetry. Our human blueprint was designed towards golden mean symmetry and bigger heads. It is just that many of us do not reach our potential because of things like birth trauma (caused by narrow hips of the mother? the narrow hips result to physical degeneration), Poor quality of nutrition, environmental contaminants, car accidents, etc, etc. But the body will compensate and continue to survive, so when our faces collapse and that begins to jeopardize our throat and breathing, we hunch over so we can continue to breath. So we have poor posture and scoliosis.
What is happening as I continue these treatments is that my posture is improving automatically. I am able to stand straighter, my walk is somehow changing, my hips are rotating better and it feels more fluid when I walk.
I presume that I will make even better progress once I start expanding my mouth. That begins in 3 weeks, I will get a removable appliance for the upper palate and I’m going to get braces for the lower palate. Eventually I will get braces on the upper as well, where there’s going to be springs to gradually re-open the spaces for the 4 bicuspids, and I will get implants. This will take at least 2 years, and it’s going to suck being in braces again but in the long run I feel I will make tremendous changes to my physical structure and my overall confidence levels. So to me, well worth the investment of time and money. There is nothing else, I want atm, I mean is there anything more valuable then your body? nothing comes even close.
I. Appreciate your blog. Where do you get the resources for face pulling and endonasal? And also, which kind of appliance are you using? Thank you!
for face pulling: http://jawpain-tmjtreatment.com/
for endonasal: http://breakthematrix.org/therapy/endonasal
My orthodontic appliance does not have a name, but my orthodontist studies under Dr. Mew who is the creator of the biobloc. http://www.orthotropics.com and dr. Hang from California does similar work of reversing extraction orthodontics. My doctor is in Michigan.
Thank you for excellent informations.
I am a dentist in South Korea.
I have studied non-extraction orthodontics, cranial osteopathy, chirodontics, ALF, biobloc, etc.
But, your face pulling method is the best of the best.
Thanks again.
I have been looking into the endonasal balloon technique and the face pulling. I emailed the owner of the “breakthematrix” website and haven’t got any replies. I’m not exactly sure how to do it, could you possibly email me and pass on the technique and methods he taught you? I would be forever grateful.
Hi! I was wondering if you could give some more specific instructions for the endonasal? Please please please!!!!! I went to: http://breakthematrix.org/therapy/endonasal. I still have questions! What tools did you use specifically? Were there any techniques or methods you found helpful? Ie: how do I get a balloon into my sinus cavity? (I’m afraid of accidentally blowing it up in my nose and breaking my nose or something!)
Thank you!
Hi,
I tried the endo nasal and there must be something wrong with the way i inflate the balloon coz it deflates back before it can even reach the nostrils. Also, is a toothpick necessary to guide the balloon to the channels? Thank you very much.
Hi eddie,
I think you could contact the owner of the site in facebook. You just have to copy their emails.
