So Yesterday I went to the store and got myself a big notebook, that’s separated in 5 section. This was the first time I begin writing down happy memories, memories of my earliest childhood in Japan begin flooding in, this was a very powerful exercise…I was tranced out in happiness and the effect lasted for a while…
I can really begin to see how we are conditioned to always focus on the bad, the “negative” memories and unpleasant incidents in our lives, instead of letting those go and honoring and remembering the good ones. We need to begin to shift this way of living, and shift into becoming experts at feeling good. And this Happy Journal is a powerful arsenal to begin making that change. I am very exciting to begin recording all the good stuff in this Journal.
Whats going to be in the book:
-Writing down all the happy memories.
-Gratitude List (a list of everything I am grateful for)
-I like Me List (a list of everything I like and appreciate about myself)
-Affirmation List (a list of powerful affirmations I like)
-Still doing the Journaling Your Ideal Life exercise. Once a week.
I totally love your posts about FasterEFT. You really express yourself well. Are you Japanese or do you speak Japanese? I am going to Japan in December to visit my son and his wife and my grandchildren. It is my first trip there. Peace G:-)
Thank You! I’m very happy you like my posts, Yes I am Japanese, I was born there. moved to the states at age 8, and still do speak Japanese with my parents.
